WHY WE USE VIRGIN POLYCARBONATE
Polycarbonate is the very toughest plastic - commonly used for bullet-proof windows and safety glasses. Ours is virgin material (not re-ground, which can be weaker) and is UV-stabilised to prevent cracking or discolouring in sunlight. All our birdfeeder tubes are made in polycarbonate, which is why they last so long and resist squirrels' teeth.
