applies to all Droll Yankees® feeders. We will replace any defective parts free of charge for as long as you own the feeder. If it is badly damaged by natural predators - including squirrels - so that it is no longer effective, we will (at our option) either repair or replace it or send you new parts free of charge but for the cost of delivery. WHY WE USE VIRGIN POLYCARBONATE
Polycarbonate is the very toughest plastic - commonly used for bullet-proof windows and safety glasses. Ours is virgin material (not re-ground, which can be weaker) and is UV-stabilised to prevent cracking or discolouring in sunlight. All our birdfeeder tubes are made in polycarbonate, which is why they last so long and resist squirrels' teeth.
